RUSSIAN SALAD
How to make a Russian Salad, may be useful
Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes, peeled, cut into cubes
- 1 carrot, cut into cubes
- 100 grams of beans, cut into 2 cm
- 50 g peas
- 3 pieces chopped gherkin, ksar
- 5 pieces black olives, cut into two parts
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 10 grams of salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 pieces of anchovies, roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon orange water
- Two teaspoons fresh dill leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper powder
- Fresh dill leaves for garnish
How To Make
- Boil 500 ml of water and 1 teaspoon of salt
- Input the potatoes and carrots. boil until half cooked.
- Add the beans and peas. simmer until cooked. lift and drine, chill.
- Mix vegetable stew, gherkin, black olive, and capers. set aside
- The sauce, whisk the egg yolk, mustard, and vinegar until thick. add a little bit of salad oil while in low-speed beat until thickened
- Stir the egg yolk mixture, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, and dill leaves. input into the vegetable mixture. mix well
- DAB the black pepper. Mix well. chill in the refrigerator.

Tips
- Whisk the egg yolks and the oil can be done on top of the ice water in order not to broke.
